Adults & Teens Coaching

This is nervous system work for people who want real change, not coping strategies layered on top of stress. We work directly with regulation, capacity, and internal safety so that:

Children - Developmental Support

Children regulate through movement, play, imagination, and relationship.
I offer a play-based, body-centered approach that helps children:

  • Integrate Primitive Reflexes
  • Build emotional regulation 
  • Increase confidence
  • Improve flexibility and resilience
  • Develop internal awareness
  • Experience agency and success through their body
     

It is especially supportive for children who:

  • Feel anxious or easily overwhelmed
  • Struggle with emotional expression
  • Have developmental or sensory differences
  • Need confidence and regulation before “talking” about feelings
