I work at the intersection of nervous system science, embodiment, and play.
My background spans movement, yoga, developmental therapy, functional neurology, therapeutic gaming, NLP, and nervous system education. Over the past 25 years, I have collaborated with occupational therapists, psychologists, functional neurologists, and developmental specialists, learning from many disciplines and ways of seeing the human system.
This cross-training gives me a unique perspective: I don’t approach people from a single method or ideology. I listen to the nervous system first. It allows the work to be precise, adaptable, and deeply attuned to what actually creates change.
I am committed to helping individuals improve health and well being through the use of non-invasive, evidence based therapeutic techniques.
